How COPY PASTA works

What COPY PASTA does

COPY PASTA is a Chrome extension for resellers and sellers who track orders in Google Sheets. It extracts order fields from supported eBay and Amazon pages in your browser and sends formatted rows to a Google Sheet you configure. Sign in with Google to write via the Sheets API.

Step-by-step

1. Install and sign in — Add COPY PASTA from the Chrome Web Store, then sign in with your Google account in the extension popup.
2. Configure your sheet — Paste your Google Spreadsheet URL, choose the sheet tab, and map columns (eBay order ID, Amazon price, taxes, profit, and more).
3. Quick Save on order pages — On a supported eBay or Amazon order page, click the floating Quick Save button to capture visible order fields.
4. Send to Google Sheets — Click “Send to Google Sheets” in the popup, or enable automatic send when both eBay and Amazon data are saved for the same order session.

Supported pages

• eBay — Order pages (ebay.com/mesh/ord/…)
• Amazon — Order History, checkout review (/spc), invoice, and Order Details pages

Data you can extract

• eBay order ID, earnings, buyer name, sales tax
• Amazon order ID, price, sales tax
• Profit (eBay minus Amazon) when both sides are saved
• Date column added when you send a row
